General

  • Level boosts can now go all the way to level 60.
  • Stefan Gawking now sells crates of Pre-Raid gear for players preparing to take on Ortorg.
  • New "Execute" training dummies have been added outside of Stormwind and Orgrimmar purely for beta testing. These dummies are always at low health.
  • Fixed an issue where extra attacks from creatures such as Thrash could proc from any range.
  • Fixed an issue with the Blackmaw Fishing Daily objective items not being available in certain sub-areas of zones.
  • Blackhoof Armaments can now drop from their respective game object.
  • Improvements to base creature damage for hundreds of creatures.
  • Fixed many incorrect melee damage schools for creatures in the world.
  • Level 55 PvP caster and healer weapons now have the correct attack speed.
  • Crafting recipes with long cooldowns now have no cooldown on Test Realms.
  • Volchan should now use the physical damage school not frost.
  • Fixed max stack of items associated with Sister, Sister quest.
  • Valor's Expedition flight path no longer believes it is in Tanaris.
  • Fixed an issue where Eye of the Beast (the trinket) could not be equipped.
  • Black Diamond Ring is now Unique-Equipped.
  • Portable Hole now vendors for 1 copper.

Instances

Onyxia's Lair

  • The first boss of Onyxia's Lair, Ortorg, is now available for testing.

Upper Blackrock Spire

  • The Rend encounter has received a deep revisit fixing many issues that could lead to a softlock of the encounter.
  • The Father Flame event can now be completed. Note, you only get 1 attempt per lockout.

Classes

Priest

  • Circle of Healing now functions.

Druid

  • Mana cost of Lifebloom reduced to make it more appropriate for pre-TBC mana pools.
  • Fixed an issue where Lifebloom would always heal the Druid when it bloomed.
  • Moonkin Form now allows non-healing Restoration abilities to be casted while in the form.
  • Tree of Life now allows all non-healing Restoration abilities to be casted while in the form, and it reduces the mana cost of all of these spells.
  • Nature's Grace can no longer be wasted on instant cast abilities.
  • Nature's Grace now also reduces the global cooldown of Wrath by 0.5 seconds, allowing it to benefit from the talent.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Insect Swarm (Rank 3) from being unable to be trained.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed the Feral Druid Dungeon Set 2 effect "Ursal Might" to stay applied when re-entering bear form.
  • The amount of mana obtained from melee attacking in Moonkin Form has been slightly increased.

Mage

  • Fixed a bug that prevented Conjure Mana Ruby from having 3 charges as intended.
  • Base damage of Arcane Barrage has been increased. At level 60 this should be 12% additional damage.
  • Mana cost of Arcane Missiles has been reduced by 30%.

Developer's note: There is a known issue where Arcane Barrage is not benefiting from Arcane Blast's debuff. Unfortunately this couldn't be fixed in time for this patch.

Hunter

  • Fixed an issue where hunter pets passively had 1% more health, armor, damage, crit, hit, dodge, and attack speed.
  • Wyvern Sting no longer reapplies itself whenever it is removed.

Paladin

  • Judgement of Wisdom now correctly gives mana to non-paladin mana users.
  • Judgement of Light now counts as healing coming from the Paladin who casted it.

Shaman

  • Windfury Weapon now correctly has an internal cooldown of 3 seconds.
  • Elemental Mastery is now correctly consumed by shocks and other abilities.
  • Rank 9 and 10 of Lightning Bolt now correctly do not reset your swing timer.

Warlock

  • Fixed an issue where Improved Drain Soul would fail to return mana to the warlock.
  • Improved Drain Soul now also increases the damage dealt by Drain Soul by 15%/30%.
  • Drain Soul's base damage has been increased by 80%.
  • Drain Soul's spell power coefficient has been increased by 40%. At max rank this brings it from 42% scaling to 60% scaling.
  • Drain Soul now ticks every 2 seconds, down from every 3 seconds. The channel now lasts 14 seconds.
  • Drain Soul's now deals up to 40% increased damage based on missing health, up from 30%.
  • The base mana cost of Drain Soul has been increased to be equal to 2 seconds of the Mana Per Second of the channel.
